The Annual Lunch at Prideaux Place hosted by Peter and Elizabeth Prideaux-Brune was a great success. The house looked stunning, and we hardly noticed the teeming rain outside! Over £4000 was raised for the CHCT, a record amount for this event.

We have a number of events we support or organize each year.
The Friends enjoy a guided tour around around one of our many ancient churches. An opportunity to hear about and bring to life the building and the people who have lived and died through the centuries in times of war, famine, persecution, plague...and peace?. Always followed by a good tea afterwards.
We have a lunch in May or June usually in one of the many private historic houses of the county giving a chance to enjoy a special visit, hearing the history and enjoying the gardens
and grounds on hopefully a glorious summers day
At Christmas time we have a warm up drinks party with plenty of drinks and nibbles and entertainment for the young so that they are not forgotten.
